The goal of Fleetwood’s Chaplain Ministry is to exhibit genuine care for all of our team members and their immediate families. This is accomplished through the following four-fold purpose statement:

• Demonstrate compassion toward every employee even as Christ had compassion on us and gave Himself up for us; to bring hope to every heart.
• Engage in prayer for each individual; to earnestly plead for God's power, purpose, and provision to be made known to every life.
• Encourage discipleship by all believers, exhorting them to live out their faith with intention and boldness, yet in a loving and winsome manner.
• Initiate and sustain evangelism amongst the entire Fleetwood work force, providing every individual with the invitation and opportunity to respond to the love of Christ, His claims upon their lives, and His plan for their salvation.
