Since our beginning, the people of Fleetwood have believed that there is something more to life than climbing the corporate ladder, more than salary, even more than making great products. The employee-owners of Fleetwood invest part of themselves into the lives of others. Each year a significant portion of Fleetwood profits (operational income) are given to causes all over the world that are active in a variety of ways in spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ. This investment has resulted in many individuals whose lives have been changed forever by a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Along the way, employee-owners also invest in themselves. Through our ESOP plan, each employee-owner receives an annual contribution (after meeting eligibility requirements) that is reserved for their retirement. The ESOP is totally funded by the company. It is through our ESOP that we can say that Fleetwood is 100% owned by the people that work here.

Those are real returns.
